How is Freecom different from other ecommerce agencies?
Unlike all other ecommerce and website design agencies, Freecom charges you $0 for a complete online business.
What costs related to my store am I liable for?
This will vary from store to store and will depend on your agreement with Freecom as well as the circumstances of your business. Generally, however, Freecom will cover the initial fees from the ecommerce provider and website hosting. We will also cover any supplier setup costs, along with the cost of the domain name. We also cover the costs of outsourcing store branding (logo, etc.) and video advertisement production by doing it ourselves.
What part of my store revenue do I get to keep?
Up to 96%, but never less than 93%. This percentage depends on your plan your business and your agreement with Freecom.
Should I pay for the Premium Plan?
The Premium Plan is not a necessity. Businesses we work with have plenty of success with our free plans.
Under certain circumstances, the Premium Plan is excellent, especially for business owners who need more support.

Is my payment info safe?
Your payment information is completely safe at Freecom. All sensitive information always is transmitted via secure HTTPS channel.

All plans come with 24/7 email support for any issues. You can contact us regarding any security concerns. The Premium Plan also comes with 24/7 voice support.
Does Freecom protect my personal info?
Yes. Freecom will never release or sell your info to third parties. It is all stored in our secure server.

Can I change my domain name later?
Yes. Freecom pays for the first 12 month term of your domain name. You can switch to domain once your it expires. You can also change your domain name in the middle of your term, but you will be liable for any additional costs.
Do I need to know coding and advanced web design to run my online store?
Not at all. Freecom will build your site on a user-friendly, no-code website builder making it easy for you to maintain the store.
How much traffic can my online store handle?
Your online store should be able to handle any amount of traffic. If there are any issues, Freecom will take care of it.
